During the initial contact you will be asked some questions to determine if your needs match the services that the PSC is able to provide. If the PSC staff determine that you may be better served in a different clinic or setting, referral information for other area agencies will be provided.
If it appears that the clinic may be able to offer services, an intake appointment will be scheduled based on the availability of the clinicians.
Following the intake, a decision will be made to proceed with therapy or assessment services or to provide a referral for services elsewhere if the PSC is unable to meet your needs.
