First, please mark your calendars for one of the following training dates:
• Tuesday, April 23—6:00 pm-8:00 pm, Auraria Campus (Location TBD)
• Saturday, April 27—8:00 am-10:00 am, Auraria Campus (Location
TBD)
• Online: http://nhdcjudges.weebly.com/
Please note: The April 23 and April 27 training sessions will require at least
10 participants or the session will be cancelled.
Both trainings will be on the Auraria Campus. Please RSVP to the state office if you plan to attend one of the above dates at 303-556-6647 or email colorado.history.day@ucdenver.edu.
We strongly encourage these detailed training sessions for new judges and for veteran judges who may need a “refresher” course. If the above dates are inconvenient or distance is an issue, we are working on an online training for you! We will keep you posted when the program goes live on our website. Please know that we will provide a brief session on the day of the contest, but it is in the best interest of the judge and the student participants to have the information presented in these detailed sessions.
