IMPORTANT: Applying for
the BA/BS-MD program requires the completion of two separate applications. Students must first apply for admission and be accepted to
the University of Colorado Denver Downtown Denver Campus before applying for
the BA/BS-MD Program (Fall 2014 Admission). Admission to the University of
Colorado Denver can take up to three weeks.
Follow the instructions below for
completing the CU Denver Undergraduate Application and the Supplemental
BA/BS-MD Application. Completed applications for both undergraduate admission
and admission to the BA/BS-MD program and all required materials must be
received by 5:00p.m., Monday, November 18, 2013. No exceptions to the
deadline can be made.
1. CU Denver Undergraduate
Before accessing the Supplemental BA/BS-MD Application,
you must first complete an online application for undergraduate admission
to the University of Colorado Denver. The online application for
admission to the Fall 2014 semester will be available starting Monday,
September 23, 2013.
Instructions for completing the CU Denver Undergraduate
Application are available on the CU Denver Undergraduate Admissions Web

representative and a tour of the downtown campus, please complete and submit
the campus tour request form found at:http://www.ucdenver.edu/admissions/tours/DenverTourSignup/Pages/form.aspx
*Note: A completed undergraduate application
consists of the following:
- $50 non-refundable application processing fee
- ACT or SAT scores (scores reported on high school
transcripts are acceptable)
- An official high school transcript
- Applicants who have earned a GED should also submit a copy
of their certificate of high school equivalency, GED test scores, and an
official transcript of all high school work completed

Students must meet the following
minimum criteria to be eligible to apply to the BA/BS-MD Program:
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or in compliance with
U.S. immigration laws and current permanent residents of the State of
Applicants must be current high school seniors planning
on graduating from high school in the fall of 2013 or spring of 2014.
Applicants must have a minimum high school grade point
average of 3.5 (weighted or unweighted, whichever is higher).
Applicants must have a minimum CCHE index score of 110**
or better at the time of application.
Applicants must apply to and be accepted for admission
as a degree seeking student at the University of Colorado Denver Downtown
