IMPORTANT: Applying to the BA/BS-MD Program requires the completion of two separate applications. Students must first apply for admission to
the University of Colorado Denver Downtown Denver Campus before applying for
admission to the BA/BS-MD Program (Fall 2015 Admission). Admission to the University of
Colorado Denver can take up to three weeks. Completed applications for both undergraduate admission and admission to the BA/BS-MD Program and all required materials must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2014. No exceptions to the deadline can be made.
The CU Denver Undergraduate Application for Fall 2015 and the BA/BS-MD Supplemental Application are now available. Please follow the instructions below to complete both applications.
1. CU Denver Undergraduate
Before accessing the BA/BS-MD Supplemental Application, you must first complete an online application for undergraduate admission to the University of Colorado Denver.

- To schedule an informational appointment with a CU Denver Admissions
representative and a tour of the downtown campus, please complete and submit
the campus tour request form found at:
*Note: A completed undergraduate application
consists of the following:
- $50 non-refundable application processing fee
- ACT or SAT scores (scores reported on high school
transcripts are acceptable)
- An official high school transcript
- Applicants who have earned a GED should also submit a copy
of their certificate of high school equivalency, GED test scores, and an
official transcript of all high school work completed
2. Supplemental BA/BS-MD Application
Please read all of the instructions before completing the Supplemental Application online. Paper applications will not be accepted.

Students must meet the following
minimum criteria to be eligible to apply to the BA/BS-MD Program:
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or in compliance with
U.S. immigration laws and current permanent residents of the State of

on graduating from high school in the fall of 2014 or spring of 2015.
Applicants must have a minimum high school grade point
average of 3.5 (weighted or unweighted, whichever is higher).
Applicants must have a minimum CCHE index score of 110**
or better at the time of application.
Applicants must apply to and be accepted for admission
as a degree seeking student at the University of Colorado Denver Downtown
campus by December 1, 2014.
As part of the supplemental
application, you are required to submit the following items directly to the University of Colorado School
of Medicine via US Postal services.
