Here are the general Landscape Architecture requirements the Admissions Committee considers:
- At least a 3.0 undergraduate grade point average--although you may be admitted on probation with a grade point average below 3.0 but above 2.5
- A portfolio of creative work
- Portfolio (6–12 bound pages, 8.5 × 11 inches--slides will not be accepted) that includes (but is not limited to):
- Essays
- Papers
- Photographs
- Photographic reproductions of artistic work, such as sculptures, collages or other 3-D work
- Drawings
- Paintings
- Musical compositions
- Other fine arts
- Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores are highly advised if your GPA is below 3.0. Scores should be at least 500 on the first two parts, and 4.5-6 on the last part
- You must hold at least a bachelor's degree.
