During their 3rd-year, CHA/PA students may complete their "community clinic" rotation in one of two locations in Guatemala. Students are expected to have intermediate-level Spanish or better.

Centro de Salud Bárbara is a rural clinic located outside of Antigua, Guatemala and run by the medical school of the University Fransisco Marroquín.
