Symposium on Languages for Specific Purposes

Second International Symposium on Languages for Specific Purposes (LSP) – will be held April 17-19, 2014 at the University of Colorado Boulder. Keynote speakers will include Gwendolyn Barnes-Karol, professor of Spanish at St. Olaf College, and John Grandin, professor of German and director of the international engineering program at the University of Rhode Island. Proposals are being accepted through the online submission system at lsp@colorado.edu. CU Denver CIBER is co-sponsoring this conference which is hosted by CU Boulder’s Department of Spanish and Portuguese, Anderson Languages and Technologies Center, the Department of Germanic and Slavic Languages and Literatures, the Program on International Affairs, and Leeds Global Initiatives.
