How to Chat in Blackboard
Click "Communication".
Click "Collaboration".
Click "Join" to the right of Chat.
Unable to Join a Chatroom in Blackboard
If you cannot get into the Chatroom, make sure that the Chat Room is available to your class and that you are accessing the chat room within the time frame specified by your instructor.
