Behavior Analysis

CU Denver offers two course sequences in online Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA): Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA®) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA®) under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s 4th Edition Task List.

ABA professionals address behavioral needs of widely varying individuals. Specifically:

  • Building the skills and achievements of children in school settings
  • Enhancing the development & abilities of people with varying disabilities
  • Augmenting the performance and satisfaction of employees.

What Makes This ABA Online Program Unique?

This fully online ABA program meets criteria established by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB®) for approved coursework.

Once you complete this program, you will not have to provide further coursework documentation when applying for the BCBA® or BCaBA® examinations.

The first three courses of the certificate (9 credits) may be applied toward an ABA concentration area in the CU Denver Master’s degree in Special Education.
