You can use this form to request blank shells or to request to have content migrated from Blackboard or eCollege to Canvas.
The form must be filled out once for each blank course or content migration.
**Note: We are no longer taking new migration requests for Summer 2013. You can still use Canvas this summer, but you will have to migrate your own content. If you wish to do so please contact cuonlinehelp@ucdenver.edu
