AURORA, Colo. - It's just one day before the 'official' start of summer, and that also signals the start of another annual tradition for the Anschutz Medical Campus in Auorora -- the Farmers' Market is back for the season.
This year, it's located in a new and more convenient location. You'll find the Farmers' Market behind (north of) the Fitz 21 apartments at the intersection of 22nd and Ursula streets.
Zack Robinson, a 4th year medical student and co-founder and co-president of
BRANCH said “we have moved to what we hope is more central to the majority of the campus. We know it's probably not the best for those at University of Colorado Hospital or Children’s Hospital Colorado. However, the campus circulators are available to bring people to and from the area.”
Brought to you by
BRANCH, a multidisciplinary student, faculty and staff organization on campus that promotes sustainability, health and wellness through our efforts to create a healthy Aurora community. This year they are working with Metro Denver Farmers Market and Fitz 21.
The schedule is every Tuesday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. though October.

Shoppers will find a variety of produce including vegetables and fruit, food products such as homemade jam, beef, salmon, homemade pasta, coffee, dips, juice products, baked goods, popcorn and lunch options, and other services and products such as massage, solar power education, and homemade soaps.
Remember to bring cash (or, there is an ATM at Fitz 21 next to the market). Some vendors may offer credit card payment options
