Business Cards

Business cards feature a clean layout with logo signature at top left, cardowner’s name, title and affiliation at bottom left, and contact information at bottom right.

Logo use on business cards is limited to the primary university or campus logo signature. School, college or unit logos are not allowed. Custom or non-university logos, taglines, slogans or graphic treatments of any type are not allowed.

University contact information (office, phone, email) must be listed before any non-university contact information. Non-university web addresses are not allowed on university business cards.

For faculty and staff with multiple appointments, and for those with extended contact information, the reverse side of the card may be used. The layout of the reverse side of the card will be identical to the front, without any logo. Logos, taglines, slogans or graphic treatments of any kind are not permitted on the reverse side of university business cards.

Students may order university business cards. A major or field of study and expected graduation year should be substituted in place of job title or position.

Business cards may be ordered by any faculty or staff member. Orders must be processed through a university office or department and must be paid through fund coding (speedtype) or purchasing cards.
