CU President’s Diversity Fund for Development and Support

The University of Colorado President’s office provides funding for students, staff, and faculty at CU Denver and CU Anschutz who seek assistance with projects, events, or travel related to enhancing diversity and fostering a culture of inclusion. Proposals for up to $1,000 are accepted year-round, or until funds are exhausted.

Diversity and Excellence Grants

The University of Colorado funds innovative projects that promote inclusive excellence and diversity throughout the University of Colorado System. Grants of up to $3,000 each will be awarded to proposals that creatively advance the principles of diversity and inclusion in substantive ways. Deadline: Pending

Office of Diversity and Inclusion Small Grants

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion provides funding to students, faculty and staff at CU Denver | Anschutz to support projects, events, or travel related to enhancing diversity and fostering a culture of inclusion. Requests for up to $1,000 are accepted year-round.

President’s Diversity Award

This annual CU system-level award recognizes significant achievements of faculty, staff, students and academic or administrative units in developing a culturally diverse, compassionate university community reflective of inclusive excellence. As many as four awards of up to $2,000 each are given for projects, programs or practices that best reflect the implementation of system and/or campus diversity goals. Deadline: Pending

Elizabeth D. Gee Memorial Lectureship Award

The Elizabeth D. Gee Memorial Lectureship Award recognizes and honors an outstanding faculty member of the University of Colorado for efforts to advance women in academia, interdisciplinary scholarly contributions and distinguished teaching.

Chancellor's Diversity Recognition Awards

The Chancellor’s Office and the Office of Inclusion and Outreach at the Anschutz Medical Campus recognize members of the Anschutz Medical Campus community for their contributions to diversity on our campuses and beyond.

Rosa Parks Diversity Awards

This annual award honors faculty, staff, students, and community organizations whose contributions to diversity at CU Denver embody the spirit of Civil Rights pioneer, Rosa Parks.
