Detailed Description

​Instructions for implementing white space solution

1. make a copy of a 3 column layout
2. Apply solution to <h2>, <h3>, page image, and page image caption
3. test in all browsers
    -- Anonymously, White space is trimmed when not filled out
    -- Anonymously/logged in, all elements show up when they are filled out
4. Make a list of all relevant production layouts to receive the fix
5. Apply to all layouts
6. Create test plan for testing all fixes




Repro Steps If subhead is empty (<h3>) a &nbsp; is added creating a space between content and header

Kulkarni, Shilpa (8/11/2011 10:15 AM): Tested the markups on SP2010 SP1 version and the markups solve the "non breaking space" issue.
Kulkarni, Shilpa (8/10/2011 11:01 AM): I have attached the code snippet with the ticket. It contains markups that should be inserted in Layout pages using SharePoint Designer.
Please note that the markups used are tested in current version of SP2010 and need to be tested on SP1 of SP2010.
