Title

Boilerplate conditionally commented <html> tag targeting various ie versions.

Assigned To

Perunko, Jennifer

Brief Description

Detailed Description

Boilerplate conditionally commented <html> tag targets various ie versions . This code, however, throws ie enabled with the developer tools into ie7 rendering. Removing them allows the ux meta tag to take precedence.
