There is a rogue non-breaking white space in the text fields. This is a known .NET issue. we applied a fix to other layouts that worked, but the fix negatively impacted the byline in the form layout (custom text fields do not work in this layout – it is a special layout developed with a different technological scope than the other content layouts).
