SiteOwners get an application error when saving branding settings

 

·         On the OIA site, http://development.ucdenver.edu/academics/InternationalPrograms/OIA sign in as clcuser6.  Clcuser6 is a member of UCD_SiteOwners.
·         Go to the Branding Settings page
·         Save
 
You will receive the following error:

Save Conflict 
         Your changes conflict with those made concurrently by another user. If you want your changes to be applied, click Back in your Web browser, refresh the page, and resubmit your changes.
Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft SharePoint Foundation.
