Brief Description

​The copyright date, displayed in the footer of every web page, is updated on the master page.

Detailed Description

Required for both UCDMaster and UCDMasterelcome. Also, we'll need Komal to do a quick test and run-through of all themes since this is a global change.

We'll do this on staging to prevent interfering w/ Graham's work on dev, after bernie has completed the overwrite of staging. Komal needs to have testing completed by 02.21 in order to allow time for our 6 day process.
