Breadcrumbs in the tabs layout, news layout, and form submission layout are showing up twice.
Detailed Description
We have some duplicate breadcrumbs showing in FF#, and Im not sure what to do about that. It looks like a bad comment but I cant seem to replicate this on any other page.

): Legacy breadcrumb control was commented out.
Sharepoint re-writes commented controls.
Replaces code with an extremely long code corruption tha prematurely closes the comment and attempts to run a corrupt version of the control.
