​Where there is an image in a tabs layout, but no intro content (just image and then the tabs) the image goes over the tabs in FF, Chrome and IE8.

Detailed Description

​Where there is an image in a tabs layout, but no intro content (just image and then the tabs) the image goes over the tabs in FF, Chrome and IE8.

This was reported by SOM and they put a local fix in their theme style sheet, but the same fix should probably be added to base.css so it's fixed for all schools/colleges.
