Hi Jennifer,
 
Here’s a problem that is occurring with the Student Life calendar online:
 
  • Issue appears to be on newest version if Microsoft IE, not Macs, and not older versions of IE.
  • When you place the cursor over a date on the student life web site calendar, the background color of the date changes, but no listing of events is produced.
  • If you click on the calendar date, nothing happens.
  • If you double click on the calendar date, the newest version of Microsoft IE brings up a Bing menu option, none of which appear to be linked to Student Life activities.
  • This sequence is duplicated on the Events Calendar maintained by the university, not by Student Life

Gail met with Kristen and the two of them determined that this wasn't a KwizCom issue but a JS contention issue on the page(s) experiencing this issue as the WP seems to work fine on some other pages.



Johnsen, BernieNo presence information (11/30/2011 2:04 PM): According to Gail's research the current version on production is the most recent version.  I've asked her to open a ticket with KwizCom.  Based on previous experience I do not expect that this will be ready for the 12/16 push date and would not recommend scheduling it for that date.
