How to identify a With Approval website

If a section was created using the Public Website with Approval site template in SharePoint 2010 the pages in that section will require additional steps to be published.

You can tell if you have a With Approval site by looking at the Publish tab of a page in that section. If the ribbon Publish tab looks like any of the below images, it is a With Approval site.
