Custom Design Themes

Who can create a Custom Design Theme?

University of Colorado Denver Web sites will be divided into two groups, those who must follow the university templates without change, and those who can alter the templates to fit their targeted audience. These two groups are better described as having a wide audience that is not appreciably different than the university's, and those whose audience is much more narrow and targeted.

Examples of Widely Focused Units:

Administrative Units

  • Office of Admissions
  • Chancellor's Office
  • Bursar's Office
  • Office of the Registrar
  • Academic Success and Advising Center

Examples of Narrowly Focused Units:

Schools/Colleges, Centers/Institutes and Select Administrative Units

  • College of Architecture and Planning
  • School of Medicine
  • CU Online
  • Office of International Education
