The university Office of Policy and Fiscal Analysis (OPFA) serves as the campus liaison to the CU Office of Government Relations on bills proposed by the Colorado General Assembly. OPFA helps inform campus stakeholders of potential impact of bills on the university. OPFA also tracks the Colorado state budget for higher education.
