Welcome to the Office of Institutional Research, Planning & Analysis (OIRPA) at the University of Colorado Denver (UCD).
We are the institutional research unit for the Denver and Anschutz Medical Campuses at UCD. Our mission is to provide educational, administrative, institutional, and related information to enhance knowledge-driven decision making among leadership, academic departments, administrative units, and student service areas.
To accomplish our mission we collect, analyze, distribute, and facilitate the use of information about UCD students, alumni, faculty, and staff. To achieve our goals, we employ data extraction and summarization techniques, statistical analyses, observation, survey administration and policy analysis. We distribute standard and custom information in a variety of formats, tailored to the request and user needs. To ensure data integrity and customer satisfaction, our goals are: accuracy, consistency, efficiency, professionalism, relevance, reliability and timeliness.
