To ensure a customer-satisfaction orientation, the TRC committee membership consists of campus Technology users: faculty, staff, students and unit leaders appointed by the dean or vice chancellor from each school, college and administrative unit.
The committee members’ experiences and perspectives as users, combined with the expertise of the Technology professionals serving on the resource council, will provide a rich foundation from which to improve the university’s technology infrastructure.
Committee chairs are Regina Kilkenny, Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Resources and Services, and Russ Poole, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Information Technology Services.
