Purchases of University Adobe and Microsoft Select Software Licenses *
Until now, Denver Campus departments have been required to order and purchase Adobe and Microsoft Select* software licenses through IT Services. In order to streamline the purchasing process for both customers and IT Services, departments on both campuses are now able to order Adobe and Microsoft Select* software licenses directly from the vendors. So, effective immediately, departments should place all new Adobe and Microsoft Select* license orders directly with the resellers using a University of Colorado Denver Purchase Order or Procurement Card. Departments will also need to purchase their own media as needed for each product. A list of specific resellers is provided below - please note that pricing may vary among resellers.
After purchasing your licenses and media, you can contact the IT Services Helpdesk for support or to request installation of the software if needed (departments will need to have proof-of-purchase and the media available in order for IT Services staff to install a product). Also, please note that although IT Services will no longer provide software purchasing services, we will continue to be a resource for software inquiries and support.

* Please note that this new purchase process does not apply to MS Office and other licenses that are available at no charge via the MS Campus Agreement (https://itservices-web.ucdenver.edu/Microsoft).
Personal purchases: Students, faculty and staff may purchase Microsoft and Adobe software for personal use at discounted prices from the Auraria and CU Anschutz bookstores.
