Who needs a PBN?
All long distance calls made from a campus phone require the caller to have a 5-digit Personal Billing Number (PBN) for both the university and AHEC users. PBNs should be requested from your department admin who handles the telecom and IT Services' requests.
How to get a PBN:
New PBNs can be requested by submitting a PBN Request form located below or by visiting the IT Services Documentation Center, scroll down to the Finance Section.
All completed PBN Request forms can be submitted via email to email@example.com. Questions regarding the completion of the form may also be sent here.
ITS Finance will only accept forms via email that have been digitally signed. Once ITS Finance receives the completed form, we will create the 5-digit PBN and notify you of its completion. Your department will be billed each month for the calls made using that PBN to the speedtype specified on the request form.
For UCH users:
UCH phone users require a 6-digit code. Please contact UCH's Information Services for more information. You can reach their Help Desk at 720-848-4000
