Mailbox and Calendar Creations
All Campus employees (Faculty and Staff) are required to have a University of Colorado user name and password to access the my.cu.edu portal. All University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus employees are required to have an email account in order to receiver Chancellor communiqué’s and campus announcements. If you are an employee, your Mailbox will be created automatically once you are officially in the University of Colorado Human Resources Employee database.
Our IT Service department offers accounts and mailboxes to non-employees as long as the department they are associated with sponsors them. The department representative will need to submit a Sponsored User Form
IT Services offers the use of a generic account\mailbox. This could be a mailbox or calendar you need for scheduling a conference room or piece of equipment, a department vacation calendar, an Inbox to send or receive email relating to a project, research study, or services you provide. To obtain a Generic mailbox\calendar, please have your department representative submit a Mailbox Request form
