Welcome to the Customer Care Team's homepage. The IT Services Customer Care Team is comprised of the IT Services Help Desk for both the Anschutz Medical Campus and the Denver Campus, the IT Services Workstation Support for both the Anschutz Medical Campus and the Denver Campus; and the IT Services Student Lab environments at the Denver Campus. Our teams act as the interface between the University IT Services Department and University Faculty, Staff & Students.
