The UC Denver IT Services Help Desk is your main point of contact for any of your technology questions. The primary mission of the UC Denver IT Services Help Desk is to provide technology assistance to UC Denver Faculty and Staff. Help Desk Technicians offer phone, email and remote support for many campus technology issues. We also handle the scheduling of IT Services technicians for faculty and staff computer issues that require on-site support.
The IT Services Help Desk schedules services such as: Blackberry setups, campus phone Installs, computer troubleshooting and setup, network support, file backup services and on-site computer troubleshooting appointments. We also have specialized groups within IT Services that maintain and support various technology areas. For example: if you have an issue that requires advanced troubleshooting for an email issue, the Help Desk can work with a dedicated email support professional to get your issue resolved.
