IT Services is pleased to announce that starting on July 2, 2012, we will begin offering IT support to all Anschutz Medical Campus Students! In collaboration with the Health Sciences Library, IT Services has developed a new 3-tiered model that will provide expanded support to these students.
Most IT related questions from Anschutz Medical Campus Students
can be answered by the IT Services Help Desk or the Health Sciences Library, with the following exceptions:
- Support for the E-College site is provided by CU Online at: 303-315-3700
- Support for Anschutz Campus Computer Labs if provided by ESS at: 303-724-8118
- Support for other IT issues not listed below may be available through your college
Tier I Support of Anschutz Medical Campus Students
Both IT Services and the Health Sciences Library will offer Tier I Support for:

- University VPN Setup and Troubleshooting
- Software and Hardware Purchasing Recommendations

Tier II Support of Anschutz Medical Campus Students
The Health Sciences Library will offer Tier II (On-Site and Intermediate) Support for:

Walk-in/on-site or intermediate guidance on email/account setup
- On-site setup and support of mobile devices (smart phones, laptops, iPads, etc.)
- Questions about PubMed, licensed databases, full-text content, and library systems
- Security guidance for smartphones, tablets, personal computers
- Anti-virus/anti-malware programs: recommendations & installation support
- In-library printing support, and information on the ESS student printing
