    Clinical Faculty: Faculty members who hold Clinical titles are not eligible for tenure. Clinical Teaching Track faculty are usually employees at will and include the titles: Instructor Clinical Teaching Track, Senior Instructor Clinical Teaching Track, Assistant Professor Clinical Teaching Track, Associate Professor Clinical Teaching Track, Professor Clinical Teaching Track, Clinical Instructor, Clinical Senior instructor, Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, and Clinical Professor.

    Post Doctoral Fellows: Appointee must possess a Ph.D. or equivalent. The appointment is viewed as transitional or training, and involves research or training exclusively. No service to the University is expected. The appointee is expected to receive recognition credit for the results of research or other activities performed during the cours of the appointment. The appointment is eligible for certain employment benefits. Please see the Benefits Eligibility Matrix for more information.
