Denver Campus Parking Garages
This garage is shared between the university (office tower) and the residents (residential tower). For CU Denver, the garage is available to paid permit parkers only.
Bicycle racks are available for use on the upper level of the garage. They are accessed through a door leading to lobby and loading dock area.
The loading dock is accessed from an L shaped alley located on the north and east side of the building. Vehicles belonging to people that do not sign in are issued parking citations by the security guards.
This garage is solely operated by CU Denver; however a portion of the garage is leased to Hotel Teatro for use by the valet service.
There is no visitor parking in the garage. For CU Denver the garage is available to paid permit parkers.
Bicycle racks are available for use on the upper level of the garage. There is a plan to install a bike cage in the same location.
