This project will provide 95,000sf for Health and Wellness building on the Anschutz Medical Campus located at the corner of Montview Blvd. and Quentin Street. The facility will be a beacon for fitness serving the campus community and will serve as a “one stop shop” for fitness, research, and lifestyle management.
