Project Overview

This project renovates the existing 104,179 sf office building into a new home for the CU Denver Business School. The building will have classrooms, conference rooms and offices. The current phase will complete the design for the entire building and complete floors 1 and 2 along with building infrastructure. Later phases will complete the balance of the renovation.
