AHEC North Classroom Building Renovation


Project Overview

The North Classroom is an existing late 1980’s era building on the Auraria Campus sitting just South of the new Student Commons Building at Larimer Street and Speer Boulevard and is home to about 80% of all of the CU Denver classes held on the Auraria Campus.
The Project seeks to upgrade mechanical and Electrical systems throughout, renovate/reconfigure 34 general assignment classrooms, labs and conference rooms, cosmetic renovation to approximately 53,000 sf of common area, light cosmetic upgrades to restrooms, finishes and furniture in the Atrium, upgrades to IT/AV including wireless and cell phone reception.
