Fees are essentially pass through and cover software stack licensing as well as HR costs associated with initial setup and the ongoing operations of the redundant server and database environment.

One Time Setup:

  • Web Setup (Create web space, setup permissions and first DB):  $200
  • Standard additional DB Setup (Create database, setup permissions):  $100


  • Monthly Maintenance: $50 -- Covers licensing (OS, SQL, etc.), software version upgrades, security patches, hardware replacement and associated migration costs, backups, staffing and monitoring
  • Storage (File system, DB and backups): $.37 per mo/gig storage plus $.08 per mo/gig backup ($.45 total), 1 gig min, 1 gig increments


Services which exceed the scope of basic web server and database server support would be billed at a flat rate of $80 per hour.  These would include, but are not limited to:

  • Installation and configuration of approved 3rd party applications or components
  • Web application code troubleshooting or debugging
  • File system or Database permission configurations and troubleshooting
  • Code or application development
  • Database development
