​With our 40th Anniversary this year, we’ve been doing a lot of reminiscing about the rich history of the University of Colorado Denver. We’ve also been celebrating recent developments here—including groundbreaking on a new Academic Building and a brand-new mascot, Milo the CU Denver Lynx.

Vets' New Digs

The spacious new Office of Veteran Student Services (OVSS) is modeled after USO centers in airports.

"We build a sense of community here, and then we integrate into the rest of the campus," said Cameron Cook, director of Veteran Student Services.
