After graduate work at the Pontifical Institute of Medieval Studies, The Catholic University of America, and the University of Pittsburgh, Bob was a faculty member at Empire State College, Associate Dean at the University of Maine-Augusta, and Vice Provost and CIO at University of Minnesota-Rochester before coming to UC Denver in 2000. Initially in his role as a faculty member he found a passion in understanding the roll of technology in discovery and innovation, its capacity to improve learning, and to make education more widely available. “Who wouldn’t love a job where you have a chance to push the boundaries of higher education and help students reach their dreams?”
