The University is committed to taking prompt and effective actions to end sex discrimination, prevent its reoccurrence, and remedy its effects upon the victims and community. The University employs trained professionals who have responsibility for Title IX compliance which includes investigating allegations of sex discrimination and retaliation. The Title IX Coordinator oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of Title IX policies, procedures, and training efforts and he/she will refer all complaints to the appropriate Title IX Investigator.
