The Office of Media Relations serves as the primary link between our university and local, national and international news media. We provide 24-hour coverage for university news, faculty experts and information.
We serve the University of Colorado Denver, University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and University of Colorado Hospital.
Our staff research, develop and pitch media opportunities, monitor all print and electronic coverage of university-related information, train faculty and staff on media awareness and interview techniques, arrange media interviews, provide crisis communications, issue news releases and advisories, and provide a consistent voice and tone for all university media interaction.
We operate and manage the university Newsroom, and contribute to content that appears in Network and on the university’s homepage.
