Current Students:

  UCDAccess is used by enrolled students for the following types of activities: registration (registration, drop/add) , financial aid (view and accept awards, notify us of external scholarships), and billing (pay your bill, set up a payment plan).


Prospective Students:


My UCDenver is our portal for prospective students who plan to attend CU Denver.  We invite you to create an account to: schedule an information session for undergraduate prospective students, schedule a campus tour at the downtown campus, apply for admission, and check your admission status (undergraduate only).  Graduate students need to check with their graduate department with questions about their admission application status.

If you are applying for financial aid you can also check the status of your application and view a list of documents and/or actions that you need to take to complete the process.  You may also appy for CU Denver scholarships through the online scholarship application.

Faculty and Staff:

  UCDAccess is used by staff to advise students and view registrations. Faculty currently use the UCDAccess portal to view class rosters and schedules, advise students,  and assign grades to students. Degree Audit is also integrated into UCDAccess. For questions regarding your security access into UCDAccess please send an email to
  ISIS Faculty and staff also have the option of coming directly into ISIS. Staff who act as course coordinators will create schedules of classes each term. Faculty and academic administrators have the ability to view rosters, set class limits, grant permission numbers for student over-rides to course requisites. Security access/permission (write, view) and training are required please visit the Security Access homepage and click on the ISIS button to request access.
 is used by employees (faculty, staff) of the University to track their employment records (leave, pay), receive finance reports, complete expense reporting and monthly procurement card expenses, and take required on-line training. Employees can also update address and emergency contact information from this site.  The campus holiday schedule is also available on this site.  Over the next 12-16 months, all functions available in will be merged into UCDAccess.
