First year students

The Downtown Campus has a live-in requirement for first time freshmen and first time international students. First year students live together at Campus Village Apartments, and can participate in special programming, seminars and activities, all designed to improve their undergraduate experience.

International Students

Welcome to the University of Colorado Denver. International Students who have never attended a college or university must live on campus in Campus Village Apartments (CVA). The CVA experience will help to connect you with both domestic and international students. CVA is a place to live, study, and socialize. International Students who are second year students or older may live on campus or off campus in any residence of their choice.
