Greetings
Welcome to the College of Architecture and Planning.
The college was approved in mid-September to offer a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. For the first time, students can earn an undergraduate degree in architecture on the University of Colorado Denver campus. As the only institution in Colorado to offer a full range of degrees in architecture and related disciplines, from pre-professional undergraduate through accredited professional masters to doctoral, we sit in the center of remarkable opportunity.
For many years the College of Architecture and Planning at the University of Colorado Denver delivered the Bachelor of Environmental Design on the Boulder campus. As of July 1, 2012, the University of Colorado Boulder has taken over management of the program in Environmental Design. Find more information about this undergraduate program on the Environmental Design website at the University of Colorado Boulder.
College of Architecture and Planning Programs
Our students study on the Denver Campus, in one of the most energetic, creative and growing cities. They work within walking distance of some of the major design and planning firms in the region. Organizations, firms and agencies provide many of our teachers and design critics and offer opportunities for internships and professional development.
