Housing and Roommate Services
CU Anschutz offers an off-campus housing resource that can be found on our Off Campus Housing website managed by a third party. You can use this website to search rental listings in the area, request or shop for roommates, or list a unit to be available to students. This website is a shared resource between both CU Denver and CU Anschutz.
When looking for housing, a minimum of a four day weekend before you matriculate is suggested to find a place to live.
If you are an international student, the Office of International Affairs has written a Guide to Living Off-Campus for International Students for those who may not be familiar with the U.S. housing and rental market.
If you have additional questions about housing or are experiencing housing issues, see our resources page.
If you are visiting the Anschutz Medical Campus and would like short-term living arrangements, we suggest RotatingRoom. This is a sublet website created by students, for students. It features dozens of medical schools and hospitals around the country, and automatically searches for sublets from neighboring institutions. Also, feel free to take advantage of Google map searches, automated sublet pages with public transit directions and panoramic street views, and much more. Please note that this resource is not managed by or in collaboration with CU Anschutz.
Landlords who wish to list their vacancy with the University may do so on our Off-Campus Housing website. Once on the site, select "Have a listing? Post it now," on the right side. The site will walk you through listing your rental property(ies).
Please note that this is the only university-sponsored location where housing can be posted. It is not allowable to post flyers on campus for rental or real estate opportunities.
Any questions or concerns regarding listing can be directed
