Project Re-budget Request Form - Effective May 1, 2013
This message is to let everyone know about a new form to be used when requesting a budget change on any Fund 30/31 speedtypes/projects.
Effective May 1, 2013, all budget change requests will need to be made by completing the Project Re-budget Request Form. The Form and Its Instructions are located on the OGC Website under Award Admin – Postaward Resources – Award Administration Forms as well as Instruction on how to Fill out the .This improvement to the University’s documentation is the result of an external audit concern. Please contact your postaward accountant with any questions.
