MPH Transfer Application

 ​Students who are currently enrolled in a graduate degree-seeking program in a CEPH-accredited school of public health who wish to transfer to the Colorado School of Public Health MPH program may be eligible to complete the MPH Transfer Application instead of the SOPHAS application.  Interested applicants should email us directly at Colorado.SPH@ucdenver.edu or call our main number at 303.724.4613. ​March 15 (fall enrollment)
September 15 (spring enrollment)*Please note that we do not process transfer requests for a summer start date
