The Office of Space and Facilities ensures that all operation and maintenance of buildings and grounds at the School of Medicine help support the goals of our academic, research and administrative teams. Managed by Suzann Ruedeman, School of Medicine Director of Facilities and Planning, the office works to provide a safe and healthy environment.

Sign Posting Approval Process - Quick tips: 

  1. No glue, tape, etc. is allowed
  2. Only one elevator per building can be used for a posting. 
  3. Postings can be up for a maximum of 30 days and must be removed immediately following the event.  
  4. Place the posting in the plastic holders only.
