Ms. Maldonado’s areas of interest in teaching include pediatric medicine and the development of diagnostic thinking. Ms. Maldonado’s research interests focus on the development and assessment of clinical reasoning, for which she has received two grants. She serves as a reviewer for the Journal of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
