Statement regarding lawsuit against the University following the Aurora Theater Shooting
Jan. 15, 2013 - The University of Colorado Denver has great sympathy for the victims of the Aurora Theater Shooting and their families, but in our initial review of this case, the University believes this lawsuit is not well-founded legally or factually.
On Dec. 5, 2012 the University of Colorado Denver produced thousands of documents to various media outlets requesting information on the Aurora Theater Shooting suspect James Holmes.
